Our Story
Welcome to the Bedford Creative Concern, LLC, your number one source for unique custom décor for your home, workplace, vehicle, and much more. We are dedicated to giving you the very best exclusive looks with a focus on using water transfer printing in innovative ways to deliver a true custom feel to any space, vehicle, or just about any object, including some of our in house specialties: custom finished trim work, lighting features, and copper canes. We also incorporate our techniques into larger looks to create almost endless options for customization and personalization for any place or thing that needs “something more.”
Founded in 2016 by long time friends Thom McClorey and John Vaughn, BCC, LLC at first operated out of John’s old, slanted and leaning garage, until we were able to move into our own facility in 2018. As it would happen, John’s garage and our dedicated facility were located on the same block, in the same neighborhood, in Bedford, Ohio. From the beginning, we were adamant about incorporating the water transfer printing process into creating unique, custom looks, not just for the car or motorcycle, but for interior spaces and lighting as well. We also have always been looking to combine our methods into new and different things by trying various combinations of techniques and materials, to experiment and explore.
To that end, we have used common, industrial, and classic materials such as copper pipe, steel pipe, valves, and fittings, often in tandem with water transfer printing to produce industrial style lighting features with an organic and custom feel, that look like something from a time gone by. It is also important to our process that as much of our materials as possible be reclaimed and reused from their original purposes. This diverse approach to our creative process, and the unique combination of disciplines, materials, techniques, and focus guided what our company has become. Where we are: Bedford, OH.
